Table Manners @ Changi City Point

Over one of the weekends we made a trip down to Table Manners which was all the way at Changi City Point for a double birthday celebration for the boys. It was meant to be a surprise as organized by their girlfriends so we reached pretty early and walked around the mall.

I wouldn't say there's alot to eat there but there's on place that caught my attention and I shall go back there one day. Not much shopping but there's quite a bit of factory outlets (just like IMM but of course IMM has alot more).

Table Manners is located outside of Changi City Point, just a short walk after you exit the mall towards The Oasis.

Reservations can be made and it's better to make if you have big group cause the amount of space inside the restaurant is pretty limited. This is how it looks from the outside. Most of the time you would probably be sitting beside someone you don't know because of how the tables are connected.

About 1/4 of the shop space are filled with decorations.

Interesting explanation.

The tables are connected so we had to share with strangers.

Here's the other half of the restaurant. So you see, all connected and you'd have to sit really close to strangers.

Waited for about 30 minutes before every one arrived. Surprise, successful!

Meet the birthday boys, Hong Kai and Hui Bin. Happy birthday both! (I know this is super late cause both their birthdays were in May.)

I tried to find a picture of the menu but... It's kinda small and hard to read so I decided not to post it.

First up, Three Little Pigs. It's kinda small portion so if you're a big eater, this is a straight no no for you.
Breaded pork cutlet with garlic aioli, mash potato and house salad - $16

Next up, Mary's Little Lamb. Tasted really good and the mash potato was pretty awesome.
Braised lamb shank with mash potato - $23

Definitely the best value for money dish, King's Burger. Filling and tasty, you ought to try this.
Bacon, onion relish, gherkins, cheddar cheese slice, sliced tomato, lettuce, gherkins topped with sunny egg, truffle frieds and house salad - $16

Well, as Dennis says, Fish & Chips never goes wrong.
Beer-battered fish with truffle fries and house salad - $16

Something new, Chicken Parmigiana.
Breaded chicken leg topped with tomato sauce with gratinated mozzeralla with mash potato and house salad - $17

Cajun spiced potato wedges was awesome. A basketful of them are $6.

Chicken Quesadilla tasted not too bad and it's new on the menu too. But I don't think it's really worth the price. A basketful cost $11.
