Losing weight

So the beginning of this week I've decided that I'd try to at least loose 1 KG by the end of November. Have planned a rough exercise schedule and have been watching my diet. So now it's time to test my determination and persistence to see if  I can really succeed to lose a KG by Dec 1.

Am keeping track of my weight everyday to see how it changes. 

Hopefully I'd bring good news!
