Waffles: Fat Cat Ice Cream [Bedok]

A quiet little joint in Bedok serves you awesomely good charcoal waffles with salted egg yolk sauce. Paired it together with their beer ice cream... splendid. You just have to try this waffle if you haven't. The cafe's kinda small so you ought to queue if you're going on busy peak hours.

I went after my lunch on a weekday at about 1:30pm? Almost full. The cafe probably can only house 20 pax max? Well, just try and go on a off peak to try it out. Even if you have to queue, I guess it's worth 15-30 minutes of your time. Anything more than that? Come back another time :)

$11.50 for ice cream, salted egg yolk sauce and the gourmet waffle.

Original normal waffles which was equally good, but of course charcoal was better with pistachio which I also enjoyed. $9.50
